History
Unofficially, I became a non-certified Armchair Football guru the first time I looked at the pre-season prognostications of some “expert" on television and said "I know way more than that idiot."
Since 2008, I've been overthinking fantasy drafts and wavering on weekly picks before / during / after every season of professional football. Thankfully, my wife is very very patient.
I started ProFootballMax to help subsidize my annual expenses as it relates to fantasy leagues, pick'em pools, survivor contests, app subscriptions, delivery fees and bar tabs. These things add up.
Sports are more fun when you have a rooting interest, yet many people feel stress from pools / contests they feel pressured into joining. Some people don’t play because they aren’t sure how to compete and / or don’t want to look foolish.
These frustrations are both real and unnecessary.
